The Cut-off for short-listing the candidates of MBA in IUU is reasonably low. Some of the entrance exam cut-offs in percentile are mentioned below:

IUU Scholarships
During admission, meritorious students are offered financial aid in the form of various scholarship programs in IUU. Some of them are mentioned below:
- For Students Admitted Under Uttarakhand Category: For the reserved 40% who have the Uttarakhand Domicile Certificate are eligible. It is applicable for all programs and throughout the duration of the course, about 26% of the tuition fee is considered.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: For All India category (60%), applicable for the first year in all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. Depending on the 10+2 or Graduation examination marks, 100% – 10% of the tuition fee is considered.
- Scholarship for Girl Students: For All India category (60%), applicable throughout the course duration of all the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. 10% of the tuition fee is considered for the female student.
- Scholarship for Wards of Martyrs (Defence and Central Armed Police Forces): For All India Category (60%), applicable throughout the course duration and in all programs. 100% of the tuition fee is considered for the Wards of Martyrs of Defence / CAPF Personnel.
- Scholarship for Wards of Defence and Central Armed Police Forces: For All India category (60%), applicable in all programs throughout the course duration. 25% of the tuition fee is considered for the Wards of Defence / CAPF Personnel (Serving/ retired).
- Scholarship for Serving Defence and Central Armed Police Forces Personnel: For All India category (60%), applicable for all programs throughout the course duration. 25% of the tuition fee is considered for the Serving Officers – nominated through study leave.
- Scholarship for IUU Alumni: For All India category (60%), applicable for all programs throughout the course duration. 10% of the tuition fee is considered if the candidate has completed his Undergraduate Program at IMS Unison University.
- Scholarship for applicants NE States, J&K, Himalayan States and SAARC Countries: Applicable for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, throughout the course duration. 25% of the tuition fee is considered if the candidate provides the proof of Domicile of NE States / J&K / Himalayan States, or in case of SAARC Countries – a valid Passport.
- Merit-Based Scholarships after First Year of the Program all UG/PG Programs: For All India category (60%), applicable for 1 year based on the CGPA achieved at the end of the previous year. Depending on the CGPA from 90% – 10% of the tuition fee is considered.
- Sports Quota Scholarship (Applicable on AI Category): For All India category (60%), applicable for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs throughout the course duration. 10% of the tuition fee is considered for the students who have won Gold / Silver / Bronze in the National and International Sports Competitions which is approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports / Sports Authority of India / Indian Olympic Association / National Federation of Concerned Games.
- Special Scholarship for wards of Unison Education Foundation (Applicable on both AI and UK Category): For All India category and UK category, applicable for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs throughout the course duration. 50% of the tuition fee is considered for the Wards of Employees of Unison Education Foundation.
